Refund Policy – Wholesale Starlink Kits

30-Day Refund Window

You may return any unopened, factory-sealed Starlink kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the hardware cost.

First month of Starlink service is not refundable.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at info@virinetllc.com with your order number

  2. We will send you a return shipping label

  3. Pack the kit securely in original packaging

  4. Ship it back within 7 days of receiving the label

  5. Refund issued within 5–7 business days after we inspect the return


Bulk Order Returns (24+ Kits)

For wholesale orders of 24 or more kits:

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged units

  • No restocking fee for defective units

  • Buyer pays return shipping for non-defective returns (if approved)

We recommend testing a sample kit before opening your full pallet.


Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your kit arrives damaged or not working:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the damage and box

  • We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost


Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
